If I could give zero stars, I would.
We placed an order with Mömax over a month ago, expecting everything to be delivered on time. Instead, we get an email out of the blue saying the items have been returned and a refund is being issued—without a single attempt to deliver or contact us.
We stayed home specifically for the delivery, wasting an entire day waiting. No doorbell, no phone call, no delivery van in sight. Nothing.
Trying to get in touch with Rhenus is an absolute joke. You either can’t reach anyone, or when you finally do, they say you have to contact Mömax instead. Mömax, on the other hand, just gives you the usual meaningless «we’ll investigate» response—but nothing ever happens. No answers, no follow-up, no accountability.
It feels like a complete scam. Two companies that clearly have no communication with each other and zero respect for their customers’ time and money.
I will never order from Mömax again and will warn everyone I know to avoid both Mömax and Rhenus at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere with actual customer service.
