Excellent service from start to finish! The company narrows your delivery window the day before delivery and then calls again when they are on their way. Personell was very friendly and careful while moving the boxes into the desired location in our apartment. Would highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would…stay away

If I could give zero stars, I would.

We placed an order with Mömax over a month ago, expecting everything to be delivered on time. Instead, we get an email out of the blue saying the items have been returned and a refund is being issued—without a single attempt to deliver or contact us.

We stayed home specifically for the delivery, wasting an entire day waiting. No doorbell, no phone call, no delivery van in sight. Nothing.

Trying to get in touch with Rhenus is an absolute joke. You either can’t reach anyone, or when you finally do, they say you have to contact Mömax instead. Mömax, on the other hand, just gives you the usual meaningless «we’ll investigate» response—but nothing ever happens. No answers, no follow-up, no accountability.

It feels like a complete scam. Two companies that clearly have no communication with each other and zero respect for their customers’ time and money.

I will never order from Mömax again and will warn everyone I know to avoid both Mömax and Rhenus at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere with actual customer service.

Lied they attempted to deliver

Worst delivery company and worst customer service! They did not deliver on the agreed date and time after we’ve been waiting the whole day. The worst is they lied that we were not at the address at the provided time, which is not true and we can prove they didn’t make a delivery attempt because we have cameras at the entrance. Nobody approached the entrance and nobody tried to call me to check my availability! After calling them on the hotline, they were useless too, as they offer me another possibility after one week only, which is not possible for me as I am travelling abroad! Also what would be the guarantee that they’d deliver this time?!? Such an absurd, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour!
Oh, and @Rhenus, don’t bother to tell me to fill in the form on your web (have just read other comments of similar experience). Please, be sure I already did! Which — judging from Rhenus performance and lack of professionalism so far, is also useless!
No ordering again from Maisons du Monde only because of Rhenus.

Absolutely awful service from Rhenus…

Absolutely awful service from Rhenus delivery. There was no flexibility about when my washing machine would be delivered and it was delivered when I had to be at work, so a friend stayed in my flat to let the delivery men in, and they were rude and condescending to her. I had paid for installation but they didn’t install it (a part was missing) — my friend put them on the phone to me and they told me someone would come back to install it another time, and then they swiftly left my apartment leaving the washing machine in the middle of the kitchen, so that I couldn’t access any of my other appliances and so that I had to move it out of the way on my own. When I contacted Rhenus through their online form about when someone would come to install it, I never got a reply, and when I phoned them the woman said no one would come to install it and then she hung up on me. Everyone I had contact with from Rhenus was rude and unhelpful, and they did not deliver the services I paid for. I would highly recommend that everyone avoids this company at all costs.

Worst experience and want solution

The delievery itself was on time and kind workers but there were very serious problem about installation service. Workers didn’t check manual book inside of laundry machine and made tryout and left. So when it was done it was whole mess on the new laundry machine inside and hard almost impossible to clean them all up like new one we actually purchased. Now it s even worse than used one and after searching online people say service center can clean it after dissembling but then again it costs a few hundreds euro again. All i wanted was just getting a properly working new laundry machine.

Bad experience

They set the delivery date and limited the delivery time to 2 hours (on their own initiative!) and were then late 35 minutes.
Even worse: the rider called me to say he is by me in 30 minutes to eventually come in 1,5 hours!
This just gave me a falls impression that he is somewhere close.

It wouldn’t be a problem if they hadn’t committed themselves to these 2 hours frame.
It is ok to set a delivery frame to let’s say 4-6 hours or even the whole day, but please just don’t commit to promises you can’t fulfill because I relied on you and made other decisions based on your commitment.
Thank you.

UPD: two weeks after the order was paid, it still hasn’t been delivered and I don’t know where it is. The customer service remains silent.

If you are going to provide a delivery window the day before, at least get somewhere near to it on the day.

Wife has been waiting in with a 3 year old for a 1230-1430 window. Now currently 1645 and still no sign despite a call at 1600 saying would be there in 30 mins. Poor service and poor customer service handling i.e. no way to feed this back easily

Just a bad experience overall.

Just a bad experience overall.

The delivery driver did not call or drive to our address and delivery was unsuccessful. Made another appointment for a week later, SAME THING HAPPENS, the driver did not call or drive to our address and we again got the mail that the delivery was unsuccessful because we were not reachable. Which is false. Even Ikea customer service is clueless about it.

Now made another appointment for next week. I honestly have lost hope that the
driver is going to deliver our goods from Ikea but unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel the order. So I guess we are just now stuck in a cycle, the driver doesn’t want to drive to us and we just have to keep making new appointments and take days off from work.

Worst experience and service

Worst experience. Extreme dissatisfaction with the recent delivery service provided by your company. I ordered a sofa with the expectation that it would arrive on August 15th. Unfortunately, the delivery was significantly delayed, arriving four days later than promised.

However, the disappointment didn’t end there. Upon receiving the sofa, my experience took a turn for the worse. One of the delivery personnel from Rhenus Home Delivery exhibited an astonishing level of rudeness and disrespect. As an immigrant, I encountered language barriers that seemed to greatly upset the delivery personnel. It is essential that individuals, regardless of their background or the language they speak, are treated with dignity and respect. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable.

I believe that every customer deserves a certain level of courtesy and professionalism when engaging with a delivery service. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide that I will no longer utilize IKEA’s delivery service or this company’s service. I will make sure to spread the word about the poor service offered.

I strongly urge Rhenus Home Delivery to invest in comprehensive customer service training for their employees. It is evident that there is a lack of understanding of the fundamental principles of treating individuals with the respect they deserve.

I trust that you take customer feedback seriously and will address these issues promptly. It is my hope that your company can rectify these concerns to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar distressing experiences.

My experience with this delivery is terrible

My experience with this delivery company is terrible. They have canceled my delivery appointment two times in a row without my consent or notice. I had to call to figure out why my delivery never came. The excuses they give don’t make any sense and seem to be a mess. First time they said the initial person didn’t completely enter my order and the second time they said my order was canceled because they switched softwares. Their customer service is terrible and they do not respond to emails or inquiries made on their website. Honestly this company just seems fake/fraudulent at this point because I don’t understand how a delivery company can operate without being able to properly deliver an item. If you can avoid this company I highly would suggest you do so.

Problem every time (IKEA)

Either they don’t show up on time or they do what they did today and scam you out of money and time!

Driver called me at 6.57 in the morning and expected me to pick up immediately! And when i didn’t — he cancelled the delivery today.
Why do you expect me to answer my phone within 15 seconds? And then if i don’t your driver has his phone in voice-mail mode! Excuse me, am i allowed to take a shower? WHAT IS THIS SERVICE FOR 100 EUROS ???

Now this scummy company will charge us extra for their annoying behavior. Also their drivers and service are rude and unprofessional. They create problems every time and behave like jerks.
