Both delivery guys were more than helpful although i don’t speak their language

Delivery within Bremen was superb. Called 30 mins beforehand, delivered in the time frame, friendly and competent staff.

This time very good 2 driver but last time one week before I called them many times but they drived away, thank you Drivers

Horrible experience. No tracking information, no information about when the parcel is delivered, horrible communication. Whenever I call the customer support nobody speaks English. Delivery people call me 5 minutes before delivery and expect me to just wait at home all day on a MONDAY. I did not even know they would deliver today. Nobody told me! No email, no phone call… I can go on and on. I’m referring to the Madrid department in Spain.

I was told by Ikea that I will be informed 1 day before delivery of shorter time slot for delivery, as I have not received any call from Rhenus, I wrote to Ikea and they said someone will call me at least 1h before delivery. I have waited from 14h till 19.30h and got a call from driver who said he is in the front of the building and I am not there, said I need to be in front immediately. I ran down and look around and there was noone, I call him and he keeps saying how he is in the front and does not see me, but then I saw truck just approaching the building. I have asked him nicely to use shoe covers that i provided to him, he was not happy (I took 30 seconds of his time) and he did not want to wait for me to clean package before he brings it in (when taking it off truck he put it on the ground and nylon on mattress got really wet and dirty).

Always the best delivery service! Excellent communication, online and phone, from beginning to delivery. I am happy when I see that Rhenus will be delivering. Top! *****

All was on very profesional level

Supposed to deliver and install a dryer — They broke our washing machine and left telling aggressively it was our problem.

I was disappointed that I wasn’t informed in advance that my delivery would be canceled. I had to call customer service to find out, even though I had taken the day off specifically to receive the package. An advance notification would have saved me both time and inconvenience. The delivery personnel are amazing once the company finally gets them to you.

Fake delivery confirmation

The driver called me. Forty minutes before the delivery window ended, they said they were coming, but they never showed up. I kept calling and messaging, but no answers. But they faked the delivery confirmation!! I waited at home all day long for this!!!

After paying 100 euros for delivery of a heavy large bed to the door, we had to help to carry it up to 4th floor since the company did not bother to hire enough people to do so despite the ridiculously high price. In my book this shows a complete lack of respect for both their employees and customers.

Only getting 1 star as I can’t write a review with no star awarded — that is what this company deserves!
Their customer service is completely lacking. You get stuck on phone lines for getting on to hours, and the call never gets answered. You are encouraged to write to their customer service e-mail, and these messages just get ignored, despite them chasing you from the same e-mail to make contact! VERY frustrating and not a company I would ever recommend to anyone. DISGUSTING COMPANY — AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We received the last batch of our Ikea purchases this morning through Rhenus. They called an hour before arrival and the 2 men who came were very nice and polite. They already placed the heavy boxes properly but when they saw that we had a toddler, they rearranged them and made sure it was safe for our child. They are 1000x better than the other couriers that Ikea work with. Love them!!!!

This is by far the absolute worst service company I have ever experienced. Multiple failed delivery attempts without any explanation. Once my bed was finally delivered, it was completely filthy with dirt and rust stains from being thrown around in their truck. I now have to make an exchange at IKEA. Then I ordered some furniture from IKEA, and Rhenus delivery dumps it on the side of the building. They ask me «Where is the room?». I point up and say it’s up the stairs. The guy looks up, then looks at me, and just says «Chao!» I asked if he can take it up (I was told they would) and he just says something in Arabic, jumps in the truck and leaves. Worst company, really bummed IKEA hires them………
