So, I am Editing My review to Say, I Will Continue to Purchase on Ebay Thanks to Their Money Back Guarantee. Hoping Though the «Monique D-niel of Austin Tx Is No Longer Allowed to Sell Her Merchandise On Any Platform Because SHE Will Do the Same to Any Other Of HER Customers, She Didn’t Pack Properly, She Used Shredded Newspaper to Pack «Crystal», then When Both Her Deliveries Were Received Shattered, She Cut & RAN. Not a Decent Person. SHE Got Paid, Ebay Had to Pay Me, So, She’s A Cr—k. Hope She doesn’t End Up Somewhere Else to Do Same to Other Customers. I’ll Tell You What Went Wrong. I Left Ebay Years Ago for Most of the Same Reasons I’m Leaving Again, this Time for Good. Always Been a Buyer & A Great One. But, When a «Seller» Does Not Stand Behind Their Merchandise & Neither Does EBAY Stand Behind Their «Money Back Guarantee» it’s Time to End this For Good. I Ordered 11 Items, All Crystal, 10 Were Perfect, as Described. One was Delivered In Multiple Pieces, Broken Because the «Seller» Packed Crystal in Paper from Her Shredder. Then Complained that was her Second Broken Delivery & She Was P/Off at her UPS People. Ugh Huh. I Notified the Seller, Told her I Could Send Pics of the Way I Opened the Box because I didn’t Go far into the Box because I felt Sharp Glass. After I Notified Her, She Said She Was Angry at her Postal People & Then Said, Request a Refund. Well, She Does NOT Accept Returns & It Seems She’s Disappeared off of EBAY. But, I Also Asked for Ebay to «Step In», Apparently They DO NOT Read The Replies or Emails Or Monitor the Go Between The Seller & Buyer like They Say they Do. If They did, {Apparently They DO} They wouldn’t have Said Case Closed because We know It Was Delivered. Yes, it Was, As it Remains Broken in the Box with the Same Shredded Paper the Seller Packed it in. I’m Out $32.00+++ With No Recourse. Might Not Sound Like Much, BUT, I Wanted to Give Some People Business & I Did, 10 Others. Although 1 other Also Said She Made No $ After Paying Ebay Fees. What People Don’t Realize Is the Shipping & Handling Is Not Cheap & I Paid that on 11 Pieces, Well 11 Orders, Multiple Pieces, But I’m Not Going to Purchase Another Piece When EBAY Nor That Seller Backs Up Their Deals. She, the Now MIA Seller, Made HER Money, I’m Out & Now So Are Others I Might’ve Also Bought from. So, Ebay, Not Going Back. Hope Honest Sellers Go Elsewhere to Sell Their Merchandise.
