It’s been over a month since I made my purchase in March, and I’m still left without a resolution from uetronics regarding the defective earbuds. Despite reaching out to them multiple times and diligently providing all requested information, I’ve yet to receive a replacement or refund.
The frustration mounts as we enter May, with no sign of progress or even acknowledgment from the company. This lack of accountability and customer care is deeply disappointing.
As a consumer, I expect better service and follow-through, especially considering the 2-year warranty promised with the product. At this point, it’s clear that uetronics has failed to uphold their end of the bargain, leaving me without functioning earbuds and out of pocket.
I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this seller on eBay, and I will continue to pursue a resolution, whether that be a replacement or a full refund, until my issue is resolved.
I blame eBay for they should make the sellers accountable.
