Everyone seems to hate it but I had an alright experience both selling and buying???

I like ebay and i pay too much sometimes on a bid but its fun for me. The rush and the thrill of the hunt is always appealing.

I don’t understand why people mean by eBay is a scam is amazing, I got my package just fine and I’m in love and they used dhl as shipping that I trust really much it’s just perfect just be careful and check the seller before you buy anything

I usually don’t buy expensive things on eBay but I’ve bought like some PlayStation games on it and sometimes the delivery date does change but it still arrives it’s pretty great, I hope everyone has a good time buying things off eBay

Ebay have downgraded their customer care to such an extent that even though I have perfect 1200 five star score I will not be using them anymore. They have replaced human beings with AI, all they want to do is send you fact sheets which doesn’t address the issue, if you try to speak to a human being you get told «its outside their trading support hours» whatever the time of day it actually is. Pity but the love affair is officially over

Ebay.es buena experiencia tanto en compras como en ventas.
Eso siempre siempre seleccionando a vendedores con un máximo de 10 votos negativos para evitar sorpresas no deseas en las compras y siempre utilizando Paypal como método de pago.
Desventaja:muchos buenos vendedores se están retirando de eBay. Sin vendedores no existe ebay.

I had a buyer ignore me when I asked for shipping funda (after they refused to send a label when the item was counterfeit and I provided proof) and EBay was incredible! It was a little hard to find a way to get in touch, but once I did they froze the return and automatically refunded my account after the five day period, just phenomenal customer service, easiest experience ever, tysm! Highly recommend, I have had issues before and they were also very helpful in most cases, my mom always says that EBay never fails to make things right.

La mia esperienza con ebay è stata positiva, nonostante i tempi di attesa un pochino lunghi per ricevere il pacco. Consiglio di leggere le recensioni del venditori prima di fare acquisti.

Plataforma muito boa e o rastreamento foi excelente ao localizar meu pacote. A única coisa é que existem vendedores muito rudes.

Complessivamente la mia esperienza con eBay sia da venditore che da compratore è molto positiva e consiglio a tutti di utilizzare la piattaforma.
L’unico fastidio che ricordo fu quando mi hackerarono l’account e dovetti fare i salti mortali per riottenerlo. In quel caso l’assistenza fu un po’ inefficiente, ma funzionò comunque.
Devo ammettere che la geolocalizzazione funziona malissimo, infatti da quando non vivo più in Italia, continuo a vedere le inserzioni italiane nonostante abbia cambiato le impostazioni nell’app.

es una plataforma de compra venta eficiente con sus burocracias y comisiones exageradas pero se puede vender los productos ofrecidos y comprar lo que interese…Amazon es carísimo y Mil Anuncios no vendes un corno….

I’ve used eBay for about 20 years. Like most users i’ve had good, bad and indifferent experiences as a buyer and seller.

eBay have always tried to do the right thing as far as i am concerned. They have stood their ground with an abusive seller trying to fob me off with shoddy goods and been helpful with various problems with buyers. No they aren’t perfect but they don’t deserve the all out shellacking they are getting here

Per milioni di transazioni giornaliere che vanno a buon fine, gli unici che recensiscono sono gli utenti insoddisfatti del servizio. Ma io devo spezzare una lancia a favore di Ebay, da sempre l’unico marketplace MONDIALE per vendere prodotti di nicchia o da collezione con la garanzia di una tutela nel servizio.
E se le cose a volte vanno storte, nella mia esperienza al 99% è colpa degli utenti, non di ebay stessa. Siate obiettivi!

A major business platform-am amazed by the so low rating score-, was ok to sell items but when you need to get efficient help from the support, you have to wait and sometimes it’s impossible.
For example, when i wanted to change my Iban for another one, they didn’t want to recognize…an official document from the Bank ! Therefore, could be better service for such a major e-business platform
