I had a buyer ignore me when I asked for shipping funda (after they refused to send a label when the item was counterfeit and I provided proof) and EBay was incredible! It was a little hard to find a way to get in touch, but once I did they froze the return and automatically refunded my account after the five day period, just phenomenal customer service, easiest experience ever, tysm! Highly recommend, I have had issues before and they were also very helpful in most cases, my mom always says that EBay never fails to make things right.
