Never ordering with Marleyspoon again. Spoke to a customer service rep with an attitude problem today who was dismissive and unhelpful quoting policy at me. I received a box that contained meat and I’m vegetarian and this is preferenced on my account. I’ve been told I have to pay for it even though I received no email notifying me that the box was being sent day or a ‘reminder’ emailing telling me to select meals (if I had, I would’ve cancelled the order like I did today when I received an email notification). I received a text at 7pm the night before stating the box was being delivered the next morning, which meant I wasn’t able to cancel although I tried the day before. After 3 weeks and me following up again I’ve finally heard back from accounts who state I have to pay. I provided screenshots of my inbox and texts as ‘proof’. Not good enough.
I have emailed and chatted to people several times and now I’ve been sent a debt collector notice — wtf?? Reply to me for god’s sake. Useless.
