I signed up for a trial which was meant to cost $26 and chose two meals I wanted to try. The amount at checkout was considerably higher. I eventually realized one of the recipes was «deluxe» and they charged extra so I changed to a standard recipe. However, each time I attempted to check out, the website defaulted back to the higher price option. I tried to cancel the trial, but it was somehow already «too late» (though I had signed up minutes before). Fair enough, so I tried to call. Their customer service number was a deadend voicemail saying «please use our web form» which when completed sent an email saying they’d get back to me in 72 hours. Not helpful since I had an order question and the order would have shipped by then. In any case it took me 3-4 emails, a threat to contact BBB and I finally got an email back. I tried to explain and requested a partial refund for the item I had tried to change out for a less expensive one. I was assured by the customer service agent that the snafu was entirely my fault and flatly told they would not be offering any refund. AVOID.
