The meals are uncomplicated but satisfying. The ingredients are always fresh and the meat is of better quality than the competitor we have switched from. We are glad we changed and we are not going back.

Ordering and delivery have been effortless. I have been successful in finding low calorie options each week that are tasty and filling. The recipes are all quick and the instructions extremely easy to follow. The quality of ingredients is great and I have surprised myself that I am enjoying vegetables given the creative recipes and seasonings.

Had a few issues with the deliveries to start with. Boxes collapsing, wet, left in wrong place.
The food is OK, not brilliant. The stirfries all taste the same and my family now want me to stop ordering altogether.
Some portion sizes are good, others are a little small.

We absolutely love Marley Spoon! Every week feels like a little food adventure — there’s always something new to try, and even the kids are excited to see what’s on the menu. The meals are colourful, tasty, and surprisingly quick to make (the time estimates are spot on!). Dinner has become something we actually look forward to, not just something we have to do. Easy, delicious, and family-approved! ‍

I really like the convenience of not having to go shopping or think about what’s for dinner. I would like options with instructions on recipes for air fryer and microwave as I don’t have an oven so I have to improvise with this equipment. Also, I have various staples like Soy Sauce, sesame Oil, sweet chilli sauce, etc, maybe an opt out of those things when choosing recipes as I now have sachets all through my fridge.

There are less meals without an additional charge. For the cost of the meals there should not be any extra charges.

Impssible to cancel my elderly mother’s subscription online with her. Can only suspend it.
Very wasteful packaging, over priced, high pressure to keep ordering with ‘rewards’, ‘you’re missing out’. Now that my mother cannot safely use a stove, useless, and there are many better and cheaper microwaveable alternatives

Very helpful for busy working family. Sometimes ingredients are missing but otherwise great service.

I can’t eliminate foods I don’t eat.

You can specify some allergies but not all, but I want to be able to eliminate seafood and mushrooms. When I forget to choose my recipes and it’s filled with mushroom meat alternatives, it’s a waste and disappointing. I wish there were more preference options to avoid this.

Delivered to our door for convenience. All meals are fresh and are easy to make. We love the many options each week to choose from. Kids love getting involved in the cooking.

You have not responded to my previous issues . Ever. I can’t recall the dates but it should be in your system somewhere.

Produce is always very fresh.
I’ve never had an issue with delivery.
Out of all the years I’ve been ordering, I think I had one item missing from a box & when I notified the helpdesk I was issued with a credit straightaway.

The vegetables are not very fresh, recently carrots and beans have not been fresh. Also, some key packet sauce ingredients have been missing. However, the recipes are interesting and tasty and the laksa and soup recipes are yum in winter.
