I have bought two iphones that stopped working 1-2 months after purchase. One never turned on again, one’s battery stopped working properly.
I asked for support — replacement or refund. Both sellers started a long chain of auto-emails, refused to do anything. Refurbed customer service did nothing except to say: «Look, we don’t have to do anything because our trusted marketplace seller is already handling it (via standard refusal email)».
Maybe I was unlucky with two devices in a row, but I suspect the business model here is Amazon Marketplace for Masochists. This is not a shop where you can expect normal returns for products that break — expect Refurbed to 100% enable marketplace sellers with broken products.
Never will I purchase anything here again.
