Received defective item, seller doesn’t respond to my e-mails.

Was charged over $50 to ship a $38 pulley only to be hit with another $50 tariff and processing charge from UPS. I foolishly assumed my original $50 shipping charge included the tariff. Lesson learned, do not order anything in the US from overseas until the tariff nonsense is resolved.

$386.64 was my total with shipping. Now i have a bill from UPS for $202.50 for the import fee. Never a mention of this before checkout. Ships from Poland!

The packaging was compromised there was not enough enough packing, the box was severely damaged and somemsmall items were lost

Good prices and big selection of parts to choose from. They also check to make sure that the part fits before sending it to you which is extremely helpful and saves the hassle of having to return a part if it doesn’t fit. I would highly recommend trodo for all car parts

I buy pretty much 75% of car parts from Trodo and usually I do get a very good experience. The coolest thing is that they ship all over Europe. There are issues though. Sometimes it takes 3 days to ship (because sometimes they ship almost immediately and you get used to it). The other issue is that at least in Bulgaria one of their logistics partner is the worst company in Bulgaria, and getting the package becomes hell. Yes, I’m talking about Interlogistika.
