I ordered my food online, and was told if I ordered over £24 the delivery was free. My order was £26 as confirmed in the email I received, and when the delivery driver came, he charged me £2 for delivery on top. When I refused to pay, he asked me to ring Chans takeaway. They also insisted I paid the £2 as they said the website was wrong, despite the takeaway.com email. Obviously I refused and was appalled at this.

As always, delicious and inexpensive! Hot and fresh food, and friendly service. This is why we keep returning!

Also Takeaway gives a better payback on Quidco — would be nice if you could get more restaurants though

Ordered from Amigos, Bolton twice, picked a specific time for when my husband was home, it came an hour early (both occasions) with an item missing (which was ordered in notes, cause I could not find it on the menu) rang the shop to ask would they please bring a fresh order for when my husband is back blatantly said NO, when i asked why was the order early, they said the time does not appear on the order, so what is the point of this app if it does not work — they told me to warm it up!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED

I have ordered a few times from takeaway.com if I have had a problem with restaurant it is dealt with asap. Will continue to use

after the meal i had and the hassle with missing items and the rudeness from the staff i nave deleted my account as i feel u did not do enough to get my refund back

Always fresh hot so hot if it doesn’t come in a bag it’s too hot to handle chips are seriously great and burgers are too filling can never fully finish both
