The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever with a delivery. Bunch of amateurs and liars. Confirmed expedition several days in a row but nothing happened. Based on shipment details collet was stuck in there warehouse. No feedback on late delivery. At some point they have stopped answering phone. Had to use a different phone number to have someone answering the call.

Be aware all customers of Raben

Be aware all customers of Raben! Raben is not a fair company. We received end of september a pallete — damaged delivery, the delivery guys assured us the damage is noted, so we accepted the pallete. We made also pictures before opening the foil of the pallete. Today Raben denied our shipment RMA, yet their driver told us everything is noted electronically. Be aware! Not a very fair company! If you receive damaged pallete refuse it, as they will fool you into receiving/signing the pallete saying the damage is noted electronically…. Be aware. They dont even react to complaints over their website or anything….

1 star because zero stars wasn’t…

1 star because zero stars wasn’t possible. Gerald from the Moenchengladbach team was not only completely unhelpful and rude. He shouted at me and hung up the phone.

This was far and away the most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Supposedly they also don’t have a complaints process, which is hard to believe.

Avoid this company.

Avoid Raben when transport is time critical

A cover for a wooden geodesic dome I produced and sell to a customer in Portugal had to be transported from Lithuania to Portugal. To the producer of the cover was told that it would take five days. I drove from the Netherlands to Portugal with the assumption that the cover would arrive shortly after my arrival. That wasn’t the case. The track & trace showed that the arrival was planned for the 29th of June which was too late for me. I left the 24th and to my surprise I learned that the cover had arrived t the 26th. Short story: if your delivery is time critical avoid Raben as much as possible. My story is identical to many of the other posted reviews about Raben. Below is the e-mail conversation I had in which Raben denies me the right to discuss the situation wishing me good luck with resolving the problem they created and cost me € 740,-

Dear XXXXXX,

It was my order the transport was booked for and I’m the one paying the € 740,- extra costs. Before I left Portugal I checked your track & trace system. It told me that the arrival was still planned for the 29th of June. I was very surprised to hear that the cover arrived two days after I left Portugal. If I would have knew that at the day I left I would have stayed for two extra days and saved me the money of hiring local people to do the job for me. You can not blame the company that actually booked the transport, for an out of phase with reality track & trace system. It is not an accident, at Truspilot the same story can be read over and over again. You accuse a trusted and longtime business partner of lying to me and I don’t believe that that is the case. This unpleasant situation will not be resolved and you know that. The reason is that what happened is in line with the modus operandi of Raben resulting in an extremely low score (1,7 out of 5) at Trustpilot. I’m sure most of the goods Raben transport arrive sooner or later. In case the arrival is time critical it is a great gamble to do business with Raben, for me resulting in extra costs of € 740,- unless Raben takes its responsibility and comes with a proposal to settle this.

You should avoid this company at all cost

You should avoid this company without any doubt. We worked with this company for about one year to ship our goods and it has been nothing less than a terrible experience. First of all they don’t show any respect for the goods with a lot of resends and returns as a result. Next they are terrible planners, sometimes they pick up to early, sometimes to late, often they don’t show up at all. In short, you need to have a lot of patience. They are also masters in creating additional costs outside your power, for example by not showing up but then counting an extra pickup for coming the next day. Bottom line, if you want a reliable transport company for your deliveries, stay far away from Raben.

Pretty much the worst customer experience ive ever had

What can I say? Delivery was totally messed up. They kept changing the date and time then simply turned up and dumped the table I bought (not cheaply) on the wet pavement outside the flat.

If I can go below zero I definitely…

If I can go below zero I definitely would. This is the worst company if you looking for any customer service or any updates or God forbid someone to communicate on English. There is no response to any emails or phone calls if you are lucky to manage to find any. There is no response to online form which is the only way of communication available.There is no updates re delivery dates. They expected me to be 2 days 12 hours per day on building site freezing while hoping they will deliver my item.

Incompetent company

We ordered a motor in Germany and it should be tranported to the canaries. For almost 9 months we were told different stories why we have to wait a little longer. I checked tracker daily but it seamed the Raben driver enjoyed his/ time in Spain, then returned home, with our motor. On one point I was told it’s delivered yesterday, just to find out it was in Barcelona. Finally in December they admitted they cannot deliver. All these months we thought we are just unlucky, but reading all these reviews prove Raben should no be in business with anyone. They just useless!

My package was supposed to be delivered…

My package was supposed to be delivered on the 18th of April according to the tracking page, that day has come and gone, the package has been in transit for 12 days, absolutely no communication, no replies to the couple of emails I’ve sent to them asking for an update.

So now I’m just waiting, hoping my package will randomly show up.

A little communication would go a far way.

Not recommended at all

Hands down, one of the worst delivery services I’ve ever dealt with. They scheduled my delivery between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., so I rearranged my entire day to be home. But after waiting for hours, they never showed up—no update, no explanation. I even called the same number that scheduled the delivery, only for the guy to tell me he had no idea where my package was and that he was at home and couldn’t help. Unacceptable!

Worst experience I have had

Stay away from this company or anything related. How can you get in contact with someone when calls are closed or calls go nowhere??

You contact the logistics department to help you with a silly address change, you are then sent ping-pong to a different person, call that person he tells you «polska» and then closes the call on you.
And when you call the logistics department the phone is disconnected.
You literally hear a eerie sound.

Absolute disgusting experience with no respect to its customers.
