Beautiful caring dentists as Doctor hazel and others two i dont know the names they are really caring touch’s and the young lady assistant to ….All doing the job with high skill and Care.
Oyku the Guest assistant is nice and approachable and serving with smile the young driver from the hotel to the clinick yones is wondurful person to .
great team great carer .
Guny i think from head office to is Nice and problem solver and he understand well ( GSA) Guest satisfaction index and he solve my issue and hotel booking and the delay within short time …. there are some issue but all are solved thanks to Oyku and guny.

Just got back after my first half of my treatment and would like to say the girls at the clinic were amazing and Elif and friends even made a special surprise and gave my friend a birthday cake !
The girls are so cheerful and full of smiles and was a pleasure to have them around ! Can’t wait to see them when we go back in July !
Elif and her sense of humour brightened the day for us !

Experience good, informed there was enough time to have my treatment ( as i hadnt gone put there for this but just to support my friend)
Did feel treatment was rushed on the last appointment (day before flight) and dentist was left to treat two people at the same time which was a bit concerning, felt sorry for her. My procedure seemed to go well however my friend needed more time and work which I felt dentist couldn’t give due to work load.
Overall pleased with the end result. Would like to have had more confidence in procedure at the end of treatment.
But as long as I have my teeth in for the next few years then it was worth it.

The whole experience was very good the clinical and admin staff were so honest and straight forward

I had 24 crowns including 4 implants. The care from staff has been exceptional from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable in both visits and provided an excellent level of customer care.
