Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung für meinen Sohn und bin über meine Bekannten in München bei Mr. Lodge gelandet. Alles verlief reibungslos und alle Häuser, die er uns zeigte, waren von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief auch super. Ich werde Mr. Lodge natürlich weiterempfählen.

Gerade wenn man nicht die Möglichkeit hat sich selbst um die Übergabe etc. zu kümmern, ist man hier an der richtigen Adresse. Von der Vermieterberatung, Fotoservice, Übergabe bis hin zum Handwerkerservice, Rückgabe und Reinigungsterminvereinbarung wird einem sehr professionell geholfen. Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Kommunikation mit Mr. Lodge war sehr gut. Leider war unsere Vermieterin extrem unhöflich und respektlos, weshalb wir leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht haben. Auch sind die Preise meiner Meinung nach nicht fair.

Whilst I had difficulties with the landlord used with Mr Lodge, their handling of the situation was fair and polite. I appreciate the time they took to help resolve my issue. The overall experience was more expensive than other accommodations nearby, however you pay for good quality. They were always quick to respond which makes a big difference too. Thank you!

Die Abwicklung der Neu- bzw. Wiedervermietung klappt zügig. Damit verbunden ist ja auch immer ein hoher Umsatz.
Wenn es aber an Service geht hakt es:
— jedes mal ein anderer Zuständiger,
— Zusatz-Arbeiten „machen wir nicht oder können wir nicht“ oder kosten.

Man merkt — hier geht es nur um Umsatz.

Mr.Lodge is not trust worthy. They lean towards house owners and doesn’t help the tenants much.. they don’t help much when it comes to getting the deposit back. They don’t do pre-movein checks, rather they only do post movein checks which makes the owners comfortable to rob the tenants in terms of damages.

My wife and I were able to rent a flat in Munich with a big dog in 2 weeks time in a great location with good public transport towards Munich city center.
As remote workers we found what we were looking for: nice flat in a quite place with internet and space to put our working tables.
Dedicated contact person from MrLodge was guiding us towards the process and this saved a lot of time.

What I would improve in the process.
More clarity to the customer what will happen next and how.
For example, it took some time to understand that email communication from MrLodge is usually done in the evenings.
MrLodge representative who showed the flat was 30 min late and he was the fist time in the flat also.
Keys handover were organised with another contact person from Mr.Lodge.
In my opinion coordination inside MrLodge can be improved.

And overall I am happy with MrLodge service and documents quality they provided during the process. I would definitely recommend this company,
