Edit: Furgonetka asked to pay them because DPD didn’t deliver the package and send back to the sender without our consent in this decision, just said to us that the package will be delivered without problem. Now they are reaching us to ask money because DPD ask them to pay the delivery. Such a circus of company.
I had a disappointing experience with this label broker when it came to handling a damaged package issue. Initially, everything went smoothly, and I had no complaints. However, when I faced a problem with a damaged package, their customer support left much to be desired.
Despite our attempts to resolve the issue, their support team seemed uncooperative and repeatedly asked us to fill out complaint forms, which felt like a runaround. It became evident that they were not willing to take responsibility for the damaged package and offer a reasonable solution.
In such situations, you expect a company to be supportive and responsive, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. If you decide to use their services, be cautious and aware that they might not provide adequate assistance when issues arise. In the end, we had to resort to a chargeback through our bank to resolve the matter.
While they may be fine when everything goes smoothly, their lack of support and responsiveness in times of need left me disappointed and frustrated. I would advise potential customers to consider other options with better customer support, especially if you want reliable assistance when facing problems with your shipments.
