I am extremely dissatisfied with the courier delivery service I received. My package was time-sensitive, and the expected delivery time was clearly stated as before 13:45. However, I did not receive any updates, and the courier only called me at 17:10 — over three hours late.
I was at home at the time but couldn’t answer the phone right away. The courier didn’t even attempt to ring the doorbell or approach the building. Instead, he simply left without trying to complete the delivery.
I called back just three minutes later, and after some hesitation, the courier agreed to return and said he would be there in 5–10 minutes. Despite this reassurance, I ended up waiting for over an hour again with no update or communication.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of punctuality, poor communication, and unwillingness to make a proper delivery attempt are incredibly unprofessional. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as such experiences are not something customers should have to deal with.
