Man wollte uns zuerst einen Kratzer anhängen, der schon vorhanden war. Dann wurde uns gesagt, es wäre ok. Danach wurde unsere Kreditkarte einfach belastet und jetzt sollen wir angeblich noch ein Knöllchen bezahlen und für die Firma 99 Euro an Bearbeitungsgebühr zahlen. Und ein Dokument zur Beweislage wurde nicht gezeigt. Das ist komplette Abzocke und betrügerischen Verhalten. Hier sollte man kein Auto mieten!

This is a Scam business.
They have wrong instructions for pickup. Then after you end up at the wrong place they charge you extra for being late. Read many other reviews and find out that they find random deceitful ways to charge customers unreasonable costs.

Ich kann nur DRINGLICHST abraten von dieser Firma!
Scheinbar günstig, versucht die Firma hinterher schamlos ab zu cashen.
Gebucht über eine Plattform für 79€/2Tage — da ich bei Fahrzeugübernahme eine bestimmte Kreditkarte nicht hatte verlangten sie nochmal 128€ (!).
Ich brauchte das Auto dringend drum stimmte ich zu.
Andere Kunden, die eine zusätzliche Versicherung («lazy Pack») NICHT nahmen wurden bei der Rückgabe abgezockt.
Ich bin mit dem Auto in ein Radar gefahren (mein Fehler!!), habe die Strafe ifhv 55€ aber sofort selbst bezahlt. Von Dryyve bekam ich in der Folge ein Schreiben dass ich ihnen «die Verkehrsstrafe» idhv 100€ (! Ohne Grundlage!!) plus nochmal eine «Vertragsstrafe» von 100€, also 200€ zusätzlich zahlen muss!
Vollkommen intransparent, diese Preise etc. sind auch nirgendwo veröffentlicht. Ich bekam von Mietvertrag nur eine Seite zur Unterschrift, der gesamte Mietvertrag sollte mir angeblich per Email geschickt werden, kam aber nie an (habe ich leider erst im Nachhinein bemerkt).
Wenn ich eine Rechtsschutzversicherung gehabt hätte wäre ich vor Gericht gegangen.

I cant believe how they still have 4 points on google, today they ruined my trip to Vienna. I reserved from booking and made full insurance on booking, when i arrived, they didnt accepted my driving licence that have been accepted around 7 european countries (italy, switzerland, croatia, greece, spain etc that means it is acceptable international)., so i expected a refund so i can leave without gambled. But SURPRISE they told me i rented from another company which is called booking.com 🙂 and they are not working with them and the insurance also inacceptable and not refundable until if i accept another full insurance which is 205 euro instead of other insurance. Then a MAGIC TOUCH and my driving license can be acceptable with my new insurance!!! I read lots of complains about them but should gave a try depending on google points but very disappointing and i felt gambled. This company is a big scratch for Austrian policy

At the counter, they did not accept the validity of the driver’s license and charged me extra beyond the pre-agreed amount (I had recently issued it — European license).
Also, they charged me 99 euros two months after returning the vehicle as a penalty for a speeding violation without informing me in advance — all in the fine print.
Stay away!!!

Achtung! Auto war verschmutzt bei Übernahme. Nach Abgabe wurde mir dann, als ich auf dem Rückflug war, eine Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Trotz Beschwerde wurde einfach behauptet, man hätte das Auto sauber machen müssen. Unverschämt. Werde in Zukunft nur noch bei nahrhaften Firmen, wie z.B. Europcar buchen. Da ist mir sowas noch nie passiert. Nie wieder!

By far, the WORST car rental company we have ever dealt with.
We hired a car on this company through their website. The price for one week was 50 euros plus deposit, (249). Once we get there, we ended up paying 29 euros more per day because we used a debit card instead of credit. (‘information that wasn’t on the website when we made the reservation). So the total amount we paid was 253 instead of the 50 of the reservation.
After we returned the car, the deposit was released. But just a few days after, they charged us 99 euros because we crossed the border for 43 minutes due to a miscalculation of the GPS, which , by the way, they are entitled to check even though I believe it is a total violation of the client’s privacy.
In general terms, the company will try to rip you off at any excuse they want to use.

The agents in Vienna gave geat advice for choosing the best car for the job considering that we had a wheelchair as well as bags to transport. Great car, Great fuelling policy [as found to as found or better], which allows fuelling way before the rip-off airport fuelling stations. Swift action at the desk in Vienna.

Zalan Toth and the other staff were all very nice and helpful.

Nice cars and a very good price. Would absolutely recommend this service, in my opinion, better than any of the big rental companies.

Vorsicht — das Unternehmen zieht Strafgelder bei Ordnungswidrigkeiten (z.B. Blitzer) zzgl. angeblich eigener Gebühren von € 99,- von der KK ein, leitet diese aber nicht an die Behörden weiter und behält diese selber ein. Klärung schwierig, da kein telefonischer Kontakt möglich.

Keine Info zum Ablauf am Flughafen. Niemand kennt am Flughafen diese Gesellschaft. Nach einer Stunde angerufen und dann wurde erst ein Shuttle organisiert, der uns abholen soll und 15 Min weit fährt — das würde ich nicht als Flughafen-Autovermietung bezeichnen.

Vor Ort wird man dann mit teuren Versicherungsoptionen gedrängt.

Bei Rückgabe wurde bemängelt, dass das Auto nicht gewaschen und gesaugt ist — obwohl das Auto nicht gewaschen übergeben wurde. Die bemängelten Schmutzspritzer waren bereits bei Übergabe am Auto vorhanden (Beweisbilder vorhanden). Dann kann man entweder 29 € vor Ort zahlen für die Reinigung oder das Auto selbst reinigen (mit der Gefahr, dass die Felgen bei der Reinigung zerkratzt werden).
