Like many, I was skeptical about this whole process but my need outweighed my doubt so I tried it. Received an appointment within 20 minutes and received a video call from the doctor. He listened well and looked at my condition via the phone camera. He then sent a script to my email. Again I was skeptical but at the pharmacy the next morning I had no problem getting the script filled (only issue was providing a local post code for the pharmacy system and they accepted my hotel’s postcode). Everything was smooth and a huge relief because I was worried about an infection taking hold.

Was given an online appointment within 15 mins of enquiring. The doctor was swift and precise and sent me a prescription straight away to my phone. So easy to use to book a consultation . I highly recommend if you are unwell as a tourist.

This is an incredible service. I googled how to get a prescription in Spain and came across the website for doctorsa. Very easy to use and within 15 minutes I had a video call with a real doctor who prescribed the medication I needed. During the call I received the prescription by email. I went straight to a pharmacy and collected the medication. All that within an hour from start to finish. Medication already helping with my ear infection.

This service is invaluable. It is efficient and reassuring. At a very good cost, with plenty of options, I had an appointment with an excellent doctor who organised for a prescription and gave sound advice. I’m now on the road to recovery and couldn’t be more grateful. I travel frequently so I would like know which other countries have this service, please?

What an excellent service I had with Doctorsa. I was on holiday in Madeira and realised that I had left my medication at home.
I tried to make an appointment with a doctor in person on the island but I was going to have to wait a day plus pay €120 for this.
I then looked at other options and discovered this site.
Within 10 minutes of registering I was offered an appointment with a choice of doctors. My doctor cost €25!
After a friendly video consultation, the doctor prescribed my medication and I was able to collect from a local pharmacy immediately!
I’m so impressed with the service and would absolutely recommend this to everyone.
And so much cheaper than going to see a doctor in person too.
